A multi-use code is a single code that every customer will use to redeem their voucher, such as ‘PIZZA25’. Multi-use codes are ideal for vouchers that can be shared freely, used multiple times, and do not require a code to be entered at point of sale in order to apply the discount. If you are creating vouchers for the first time we recommend using multi-use codes to begin with.
Using unique codes means every time a customer claims a voucher a different code will be displayed, such as ‘X845-HE93’. Unique codes are ideal for vouchers that you do not want customers to be able to share freely and may require a code to be entered at point of sale in order to apply the discount. With iVoucher you can choose to use our randomly generated voucher codes, or you can upload your own set of voucher codes and iVoucher will automatically apply a different code to each voucher claim.
